Nehalem Bay Ranch

This classic ranch-style home uses timber with restraint and purpose. Subtle arches, strategic post and beam placements, and a flat-ceilinged outdoor living space bring just the right amount of rustic charm to a clean, contemporary design. The process with Garrett and Addie reminded me how ideas evolve. How good feedback, when shared and embraced, sharpens the outcome. We shaped, revised, and collaborated across phases, from refining rooflines to highlighting key timber features. Thoughtful feedback turned good ideas into better ones. This project proved that great design comes from openness, trust, and a shared eye for what matters most.
